– Adamie Bodnarze! Yes, you are a gangster and a bandit. You ask why? Because you have seized the National Public Prosecutor's Office by force. You are preventing the legally appointed National Public Prosecutor from performing his duties. In his place, together with Tusk, you have appointed an illegal usurper. Without the participation of the National Public Prosecutor as required by law, you have appointed heads of prosecutor's offices at various levels. You have replaced court presidents, breaking laws – such as the president of the Court of Appeal in Warsaw, without the consent of that court's college – wrote Zbigniew Ziobro in a statement.

"You have unlawfully removed judges from criminal divisions who were appointed by the President with the participation of the democratic National Council of the Judiciary, and through your people, you are manipulating the drawing of lots for judges, setting political verdicts. You disregard binding decisions of the National Council of the Judiciary, you do not execute rulings of the Supreme Court, and you are participating in the criminal termination of the Constitutional Tribunal.

For all of this, you will inevitably be held criminally responsible. And if you think you will get away with it, then – despite your professorial title – you have the intellect of Pooh Bear, or you are the most naive person in Poland. There is no question of whether you will go to prison for this – it is only a question of when. And that will happen sooner than you think."
