The Government Is Not Working on a Digital Tax.

– Deputy Prime Minister Gawkowski has spoken about this idea [a digital tax] many times. He’s been talking about it for a year, and it’s nothing new. […] It sounded [stronger now], although I’ve witnessed these announcements many times – said Jan Grabiec on TVN24’s “Kropka nad i”.

– The facts are that the government is not working on a digital tax, and there has been no decision to include it in any government work – he stated.

As the Head of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister pointed out: – This is the Prime Minister’s idea; he will consult it within his ministry. This could take many months. What shape these taxes will take is a completely different discussion.
