The Standing Committee of the Council of Ministers has adopted the draft deregulation bill, prepared by the Ministry of Development and Technology – announced Maciej Berek.

As the head of the Standing Committee of the Council of Ministers wrote, the deregulation bill "encompasses three main components of changes":

1. facilitating the first steps in business
2. simpler rules for conducting business activities
3. regulations for creating business-friendly economic law.

Detailed proposals include: easing unregistered business activities, shortening the maximum control period for micro-entrepreneurs (from 12 to 6 days), electronic processing of proceedings before the National Appeal Chamber, introducing an obligation to provide entrepreneurs with an initial list of information and documents that the controlling body expects to be made available during the inspection, before the inspection begins, or introducing additional incentives to encourage the initiation of mediation procedures in administrative matters.

Furthermore, the Standing Committee of the Council of Ministers adopted the bill supporting social forms of housing development, which aims to "strengthen support instruments for local governments and investors within the framework of the social and municipal housing construction program and the preferential loan program for investors in social rental housing".
