Siemoniak:
We Will Not Allow the Crime Remembered from the 90s to Enter Poland
– We are trying to nip it in the bud, hence the very intensive actions of the police and the Border Guard. I will remind you, the operation on February 13-14, we reported – 26,000 police officers, a thousand Border Guard officers set out to reach places where individuals suspected of criminal activity might be located. 1,500 people were detained. Arrests, there will be deportations – said Tomasz Siemoniak in "Gość poranka" on TVP Info.
– We will not allow the crime, the kind remembered from the 90s, organized, brutal crime, to enter Poland. I am saying this very clearly, this is also the firm will of Prime Minister Donald Tusk – he stated.
– From approximately the middle of last year, at subsequent briefings with police officers, we were preparing to strike decisively and strongly, and also to show abroad to those who think that Poland can be a stage for their criminal activities that there is no room here. […] We want to nip it in the bud – he indicated.
