"To Be Continued." Bodnar on the "Settlement Process"

– The settlement process is ongoing. Important decisions by the Sejm of the Republic of Poland were made in the last few hours. Member of Parliament Jan Krzysztof Ardanowski has been stripped of his immunity in connection with proceedings regarding irregularities at KOWR – the National Support Centre for Agriculture – Adam Bodnar wrote on social media.

– Another decision has been made regarding the lifting of immunity and consent for the detention and temporary arrest of Member of Parliament Marcin Romanowski. This is related to the misappropriation of public funds from the Justice Fund – emphasized the Minister of Justice.

– Prosecutors can now proceed with further actions. To be continued – he added.
