He Was the First to Send Military Support to Ukraine.
– Recall who supported us then [in the fight against Nord Stream]. None other than President Donald Trump. President Trump, who imposed sanctions on companies building Nord Stream, and those sanctions were so effective that construction was immediately halted – stated President Andrzej Duda during a meeting with residents of the Ropczyce-Sędziszów County.
– It was only completed when he ceased to be president and when decisions were changed in America. But his decision was firm: blocking Nord Stream and military support for Ukraine. Yes, he was the first to send military support to Ukraine, and it was truly substantial for that time, in 2020 – he continued.
