“Under Poland’s presidency, the permanent representatives of the European Union member states agreed this morning on the 16th sanctions package against the Russian Federation. It has a chance to be adopted by the Foreign Affairs Council on the third anniversary of the invasion of Ukraine” – wrote Radosław Sikorski on X.
