– After analyzing video materials, after talks with the guard who was present at this incident – Director Katarzyna Karpa-Świderek, and Minister Michał Deskur also participated in the meeting – the Commander [of the Marshal's Guard] decided to suspend the pass, the right of entry to the parliament premises for editor Czuchnowski for a period of 2 months, due to the formulations he used, and the behavior he displayed at that moment – Szymon Hołownia stated in a conversation with journalists in the Sejm.

„Matecki Did Not Uphold Standards We Expect from a Member of Parliament”
At the same time, he emphasized: – From the note and from what we know from the Marshal's Guard, it is also clearly evident that Member of Parliament Matecki, not only in my assessment, did not uphold the standards we expect from a Member of Parliament, which are expected of him by both the regulations and the law. The manner in which he behaved, the terms he used and which appear in this note, should not be used in the Sejm building.

– Consequently, the Sejm Presidium has just decided to refer the case of Member of Parliament Matecki to the Ethics Committee and to instruct it to review this matter after familiarizing itself with all the material – he informed.
