– Everything that happens must be agreed upon coalitionally. The government is too large in terms of the number of people, and I agree with that, and not just in my ministry, but there are ministries with a very large number of deputy ministers, and perhaps, I don't want to point fingers here, but perhaps it is indeed worth reviewing this mechanism – said Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz in an interview with Radomir Wit on TVN24’s “Jeden na Jeden,” when asked about government reconstruction.

– Considerations about merging different ministries, why not, but I would approach it with caution, because institutions that are so casually treated, simply off the cuff, I'm not saying the Prime Minister has such an intention, start to function poorly.
