– In my opinion, the justice system will be fixed when there is a constitutional reset. A new chapter in the Constitutional Tribunal is needed. Without this, there will be no full repair of the justice system. We inherited a huge mess and disorder. It's not politicians who are questioning the status of judges; not only politicians have doubts here, but judges themselves refer to the ECtHR rulings concerning the status of judges in Poland – stated Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at a press briefing at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister.
