Joe Biden's decision to impose restrictions by the USA on the export of American artificial intelligence chips to Poland is disappointing – said Andrzej Duda in an interview with the American station Fox Business. A fragment was published on the website of the Chancellery of the President.

The President emphasized that last year's parliamentary elections in Poland were won by a coalition of liberal parties led by Donald Tusk, which has close ties with American Democrats. – Despite this, Joe Biden's administration made such a decision. We were not included among the closest allies; we ended up in the second basket of countries not considered the most friendly and safe, the most trusted by the USA. My personal opinion is that this will be to the detriment of Poland – he added.
