– Last year, we already introduced the first amendment to this act and adopted the principle that we link the 800+ benefit to the obligation to attend school […]. I believe that this demand [to limit 800+] is justified, we have been discussing it since autumn at the Ministry of Interior and Administration and we began work on it in December – said Tomasz Siemoniak on TVN24.

– We also see the specific situation of migrants from Ukraine, which involves them traveling to Ukraine, traveling to other countries, and I think that the demand for these benefits to be given to individuals who pay taxes in Poland and have social and health insurance is not an excessive demand – he continued.

– There are unemployment benefits, there is the possibility of looking for work, and we will certainly find some solution for these special situations, for these sensitive situations – he added, when asked about situations where someone cannot work, for example, because they have children with disabilities.
