– Please forgive me, but the statements of Judge Marciniak will truly not be a benchmark for what is or is not legal, because we are talking about the legality of the minister of finance's actions. Let these two legal elements materialize, and I have no doubt that the minister of finance will act in accordance with the law, but the actions of the proper state authorities must be taken in the proper form – he continued.
