I See No Basis for Adopting a Resolution.
– I see no basis for adopting a resolution because, as I addressed the [finance] minister, as the chairman who must organize the work of the [National Electoral] Commission [PKW], I demanded clarification on what basis the minister is requesting the issuance of a resolution, a rescission of a resolution, or a new decision. The Electoral Code is unequivocal in this regard. For me, there is no basis for this – stated Sylwester Marciniak in a conversation with journalists.
