– I think that, despite everything, we should still use these chances and these dozen or so weeks that we have… there is Marshal Hołownia’s project, and I also know that the Polish People's Party is thinking about various solutions – Adam Bodnar said on TVN24, when asked about the recognition of the validity of the presidential elections.

– However, I would like to appeal to Mr. President, so that Mr. President also takes on part of the responsibility for not pretending that there is no problem, because that makes no sense – he continued.

– If Mr. President were to declare that he is ready to talk about seeking a solution, and in my opinion, a solution can be found within the framework of the currently existing structure of the Supreme Court that would lead to a change, then I think such a discussion is also needed – he went on to say.

– I would like to appeal to Mr. President once again, because if Mr. President comes up with a solution, saying: okay, listen, we are looking for a way to resolve the validity of the elections so that it is optimal from the perspective of my interests, and as I understand it, the President’s political interest is not to question the status of the so-called neo-judges, and on the other hand, so that public opinion has a guarantee that the resolution is made by the Supreme Court, with a composition that no one doubts, then I think it would be very good for public opinion – he added.

– Then it would provide a guarantee that such a law would ultimately be signed by the President – he emphasized.
