Sejm to Address "Incidental Law" Project This Week
On Wednesday – the first day of the new year session – the Sejm will consider, as part of its first reading, a draft of the so-called "incidental law" submitted by Poland 2050. In practice, this concerns the Supreme Court resolving matters related to this year's presidential election.
According to the proposal from Szymon Hołownia's party, the validity of the elections would be adjudicated by three chambers of the Supreme Court – Criminal, Civil, and Labor. According to the current schedule, the deputies will address this project on Wednesday starting at 12:30 PM.
