The Finance Minister Should Primarily Turn to the National Electoral Commission for Guidance on His Actions

– The finance minister should primarily turn to the National Electoral Commission (PKW) to clarify what he is supposed to do, because he is the executor of the PKW's decisions – said Szymon Hołownia on RMF FM.

– The finance minister is currently in a situation where if he disburses the money [to PiS], someone could claim he faces criminal liability for it, and if he doesn't disburse it, someone could claim he faces criminal liability for that too – he continued.

– This is a complete mess [...] we want to sort this out. I have been calling [...] for six months for a law on the Supreme Court – he added.
