"Hołownia's Unwise Proposal": Lewica Will Not Support the So-Called "Incidental Law"
- The proposal by Marshal Szymon Hołownia concerning the presidential elections and the issue of neo-judges in the Chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs of the Supreme Court is, in my opinion, unwise. Currently, we consistently consider decisions by neo-judges appointed unlawfully to be invalid - wrote Włodzimierz Czarzasty.
- Meanwhile, according to the Marshal's proposal, these same neo-judges would vote under a different legal formula based on a new law, and their decisions would suddenly become valid. We cannot follow one set of rules in the morning and change them in the evening. This is flawed logic. As Lewica, we do not agree with this and will not support this proposal - stated one of the leaders of Lewica.
