Every state body acts within its competencies and based on legal provisions. The provisions of the Electoral Code specify the circumstances under which a party is deprived of subsidies - stated Marcin Wiącek in an interview with Bogdan Rymanowski on Polsat News' "Gość Wydarzeń".
