I am, of course, open to discussing various legislative ideas, including those concerning the Supreme Court. Especially since it is generally stated in the Constitution that the Supreme Court resolves matters, so legal modifications can be made in various ways. However, I do not hide the fact that I am concerned about the timing of when this whole issue is being raised. Namely, after these illegal decisions by the National Electoral Commission. It is most shocking that the National Electoral Commission allows itself to act unlawfully, to far exceed its competences – stated President Andrzej Duda on RMF FM.
