Mentzen After Meeting with Duda:
An Interesting Campaign Ahead.
- President Andrzej Duda received members of the Confederation Liberty and Independence (Konfederacja Wolność i Niepodległość) grouping at the Presidential Palace: its co-chairman and presidential candidate Sławomir Mentzen, and Przemysław Wipler - informed the Chancellery of the President.
The discussion focused on the state of democratic processes in Poland, in the context of, among other things, the consequences of the government and some representatives of the most important state institutions not recognizing the Chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs of the Supreme Court.
The parliamentarians also presented the main assumptions of the constitutional reset proposed by the Confederation. One of the initiatives discussed in this regard was holding a referendum on the day of the presidential elections.
