We talked at length and very frankly about the geopolitical situation, about the front lines, about Polish-Ukrainian friendship, about our relations, but let me say what I started my visit to Lviv with today, because it wasn't an accidental start to the visit to Lviv. I visited an apartment building destroyed during a Russian air raid - stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk in Lviv.
We have decided that Poland will help rebuild these apartment buildings. I saw this moving, perhaps improvised, memorial, or rather a place of remembrance for those wonderful people who died during that air raid. Mothers, daughters, I saw destroyed houses, some already being rebuilt, and this short visit once again powerfully showed how senseless, cruel, and brutal Russian aggression is - he continued.
