If the PKW rules PiS bears no financial responsibility, it will send a dire signal about the state's immorality
- I have no idea how today will end regarding the PKW, but I know one thing with absolute certainty. Before the eyes of millions of Poles, PiS stole public money. What's more, they took a sort of pride in it, in the spirit of "what are you going to do about it?" – said Bartłomiej Sienkiewicz on Polsat News's "Graffiti".
- This was a procedure that was illegal even in relation to the legal formula that PiS itself devised to steal that money. [...] If the PKW decides "it's not a problem," and PiS will not bear any financial responsibility for it, then this will be a dire signal not only legally, but truly concerning the immorality of the state, with very serious consequences for the future – he assessed.
