If someone questions one of the chambers of the Supreme Court today, if they use the term "neo-judges," they are thereby questioning the presidential prerogative of appointing judges, the permanence and stability of this prerogative - stated President Andrzej Duda at a press briefing.

- The second matter - I will remind you of the sources of this reform. The sources of this reform were the problems that plagued the Polish judiciary from the very beginning, since 1989. Including the presence of post-communist judges in the Polish judiciary, also in the Supreme Court. Also, those who were disgraced by rulings issued during martial law, as well as disgraced by their participation in the system of enslaving Poles in the 1980s. The goal was to cleanse the judiciary - emphasized PAD.

- Today, this post-communist hydra, which constantly defends and feeds these remnants of communist false elites in Poland, is always defending them, and today it has once again spoken, as I understand it, in the PKW. I will say this. I will fight it to the very end. I will never cease this fight, because it is a matter of making Poland truly 100% free from these types of dregs that should not have been there for a long time, and I will never cease this fight - he added.

- However, there is, of course, the question of what influence is being attempted through this on the upcoming presidential elections, and that is a completely different matter, requiring separate analysis - he concluded.
