- We have a final and positive decision for us, which is the decision of the Supreme Court, from which there is no appeal and which should be approved, but this is not an optional approval, but obligatory, it is a legal duty, simply put, the National Electoral Commission should change its previous decision in light of this and grant us the appropriate funds - said Jarosław Kaczyński in a press statement. - It has not fulfilled this legal duty, meaning it has committed a crime, of course, it concerns those who voted for such a decision, under Article 231 of the Penal Code, the failure to perform duties and exceeding authority in this case - he continued.
