"Just One Year In" vs. "A Bad Year for Poland": KO and PiS Spots Clash

The Civic Coalition (KO) has released a video highlighting its initiatives and decisions during its first year in government. These include state budget financing for in vitro fertilization, free prenatal testing, teacher salary increases, the 'babciowe' (grandparental benefit) program, over-the-counter 'day after' pills, the abolition of health contributions on the sale of fixed assets, the appointment of a 'true Children's Rights Ombudsman,' and unlocking EU recovery funds (KPO).

"It's just one year in. We're not stopping and we continue to work for you every day," says the narrator.

Just over 20 minutes later, the Law and Justice party (PiS) responded with its own spot summarizing the current coalition's year in government. The recording pointed to issues such as state debt, healthcare problems, losses incurred by State Treasury companies, prices in stores, and the halting of strategic investments.

"It's just one year in, and they've already set a record for breaking election promises. It's been a bad year for Poland," said the narrator.
