- I came today with a very important message [...] so that all of you here, in Lądek-Zdrój and in the Kłodzko Valley, do not lose faith in the Polish state. We know who is responsible for this chaos, for these bad forecasts, and for this lack of aid for the flood victims - said Karol Nawrocki at a press briefing in Lądek Zdrój. As he said: - But I would like to send a message that the Polish state functions thanks to us: the citizens, in whom a deep emotion of solidarity is born when the state fails. - We are such a nation that when the state is unable to cope, solidarity is born in human hearts. Our visit today is to be the best proof of this - he added.
