Bodnar on the report:
We have no materials on the table indicating Nawrocki committed any crimes.
- The prosecution deals with cases where a report has been filed on suspicion of committing a crime. As far as I know, we have no materials on the table indicating that Karol Nawrocki, the President of the IPN, has committed any crimes. It is not the case that the prosecution acts ex officio to clarify various circumstances from public life – Adam Bodnar said in an interview on RMF FM’s “Afternoon Conversation,” when asked whether the prosecution was investigating the case of the report concerning the past of the candidate supported by PiS.
