Macierewicz on the Smolensk Subcommittee team at the Ministry of National Defense:
I have filed a motion with the prosecutor's office to prosecute these criminals.
- The team of Mr. Kosiniak-Kamysz and Mr. Minister Tomczyk broke the law. By taking over the subcommittee's materials based on Article 134, Paragraph 1 of the Aviation Law Act. According to this article, only the state commission for investigating state aviation accidents has such powers regarding the crash of a military aircraft - Antoni Macierewicz said at a press conference.
- Mr. Kosiniak-Kamysz's team should [...] have obtained the consent of the district military court in Poznań, and they did not do so. They did not approach the court. In this matter [...] today I have filed a motion with the prosecutor's office to prosecute these criminals who unlawfully broke the Aviation Law Act and took an action that is a crime - he continued.
- I hope that this matter will be resolved, regardless of whether it happens while Mr. Donald Tusk is still in power, or when Poles are in power - he went on to say.
