- The base construction was initiated by Republican President George Bush. Democrat Barack Obama began it, Republican Donald Trump continued it, and it was ultimately completed during the presidency of Democrat Joe Biden. It took some time, but this construction demonstrates the geostrategic consistency of the USA. I have personal satisfaction; on August 20, 2008, I signed an agreement with Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice regarding the installation of elements of the missile shield in Poland - says Radosław Sikorski in a recording published on social media, thus responding to the words of Mariusz Błaszczak.

- The negotiations were not easy, but they concluded with an agreement beneficial to the Republic of Poland. I have repeatedly emphasized in conversations with foreign partners that on issues of security and foreign policy, Polish elites remain united. We act together - stressed the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
