- We do not agree to taking money away from hospitals, where there is already a shortage of funds. Therefore, I believe this is a rational stance. Consequently, we have stated: if you want to help entrepreneurs, and if you are not using our proposed idea, then we kindly ask you to balance the deficit in healthcare funding – stated Włodzimierz Czarzasty in an interview with Marcin Fijołek on Polsat News' "Graffiti".
