A flagrant violation of the Constitution has occurred. Article 140 of the Constitution clearly states that there is no debate after the President's address. The Prime Minister is currently violating this principle, a constitutional principle, for the second time, as he once did to the late Lech Kaczyński, the then-President. We are leaving not because we don't want to listen to the nonsense he is spouting, because he has the right to say what he wants, but because this is another example of a flagrant violation of the Constitution – stated Jarosław Kaczyński in a conversation with journalists in the Sejm.
