Domański to PiS: Perhaps What Truly Bothers You in the Budget Are the Growing Outlays for the Prosecutor's Office?
- Ladies and gentlemen from PiS, how can you not be ashamed? How can you not be ashamed to vote for the rejection of 187 billion [PLN] for national defense, for the modernization of the Polish army? How can you, the MPs, not be ashamed to vote for the rejection of 8 billion [PLN] for the 'babciowe' [grandparental benefit]? Do you know that we have nearly 300,000 applications and will soon begin disbursing funds? Or perhaps 0.5 billion [PLN] for in vitro bothers you in this budget? - stated Andrzej Domański in the Sejm.
- That we have funds in the budget for financing helplines for children and youth, which you took away? Do you want to vote for the rejection of almost 5 billion [PLN] for the first Polish nuclear power plant, for a billion [PLN] for the modernization of the railway network. Or perhaps, ladies and gentlemen MPs from PiS, perhaps what truly bothers you in this budget are the growing outlays for the prosecutor's office? - he continued.
