Tusk Announces Formation of Advisory Team on Flood Impact
- We will be adopting, I hope, a Council of Ministers resolution today concerning the coordination of actions related to the September 2024 floods, which will allow Minister [Marcin Kierwiński] to more effectively coordinate, above all, financial streams, so that they reach their destinations optimally and in agreement with local communities and environments. As I have emphasized, no one will have their competencies taken away. Minister Kierwiński's role is to coordinate, to facilitate our work as a team – stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk during a government session.
- We will establish a team that will serve as an advisory body to the Council of Ministers and will support Minister Kierwiński in the daily management of this dramatic problem – he continued.
