Defense Counsel Submitted an Excuse.

- Member of Parliament Romanowski did not appear for this summons, however, his defense counsel sent a written excuse for his absence, indicating that this absence was caused by a previously planned longer trip abroad. The prosecutor will verify and analyze and will decide whether this excuse is appropriate within the meaning of the Code of Criminal Procedure (KPK) regulations - stated the spokesperson for the National Prosecutor's Office, Przemysław Nowak.
