This letter, the word itself sounds harmless, but in reality, it is a very firm manifesto from Poland, Italy, Belgium, Austria, Bulgaria, Slovakia, and Greece. We also know that other countries are willing to support us in this demand, so that the continuation of free emission allowances for industry, including Polish industry, is possible - stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk during the PowerConnect 2026 Energy Fair.
