President's Decision on Constitutional Tribunal Laws
President Andrzej Duda has sent two laws concerning the Constitutional Tribunal (TK) to the Constitutional Tribunal itself for preventive review, as announced by the Presidential Chancellery.
The laws in question are two bills intended to reform the institution – a new law on the Constitutional Tribunal and a law containing introductory provisions.
