I Think the Regulation Will Be Quickly Tightened So Alcohol Doesn't Pose as Products for Children. Nowacka Announces a Letter to the Ministry of Health
- We have to do something about this. I am deeply outraged [...]. I have requested, and today a letter will be sent from us to the Ministry of Health, an official letter requesting a change in the regulations regarding packaging in which alcohol is sold - said Barbara Nowacka in an interview with Karol Surówka in 'Sygnały Dnia' on PR1, when asked about alcohol sold in packaging resembling mousses.
- From what we read in the regulations, yes, it is legal, but that does not mean that the regulations cannot be changed. They need to be changed when they are regulations that allow for such circumvention [...]. I am in constant contact with Minister Leszczyna and I support her policy regarding limiting alcohol availability [...] in this matter, action is exceptionally urgently needed [...] I think the regulation will be quickly tightened so that alcohol does not pose as products that are also nice for children - she continued.
