Bartoszewski on the Prosecutor's Investigation:
Political Attack.
- Firstly, I see no grounds for initiating an investigation, because there are none. The Onet editorial office, not entirely reliably, wrote that there is a verdict, that I have to pay something; there is no such verdict and I don't have to pay anything, because the case is under appeal – stated Władysław Teofil Bartoszewski on Polsat News' "Graffiti".
- I doubt the prosecutor's office contacted Onet; it would never occur to me that the prosecutor's office would break the law in this way, by contacting Onet, hence this matter has more of a political context. It is evidently a political attack on me or on my political group – he continued.
- I have no idea [at whose behest this attack is]; that would need to be clarified. Perhaps Onet will take up the task of clarifying who is behind it; I will not theorize here. However, it is evidently not a legal matter that is ongoing - added the Deputy Foreign Minister.
