Duda on the Supreme Court Ruling Regarding the National Prosecutor:
I Accept with Satisfaction.
- I accept with satisfaction the Supreme Court's ruling confirming the correctness of my position regarding the illegality of Prosecutor Dariusz Barski's removal from the position of National Prosecutor by Prime Minister Donald Tusk's government - wrote President Andrzej Duda on social media.
- Both the illegal removal of Dariusz Barski and the unlawful appointment of Dariusz Korneluk to the position of National Prosecutor constitute, in essence, a gross violation of the constitutional principle of the rule of law - emphasized PAD.
