- The neo-judges of the Supreme Court are defending their own positions and the politicization of the judiciary. They want to block the process of accountability. Today's stance by three neo-judges is not a resolution of the Supreme Court and is not binding - Adam Bodnar wrote on social media. - I will not deviate from the chosen path of restoring an independent judiciary and prosecution service to the citizens - he emphasized. The Minister of Justice attached to his post a link to the statement of the National Prosecutor's Office, which stated:
Today's stance [...] is not a resolution of the Supreme Court within the meaning of Article 441 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. This stance does not produce legal effects because it was adopted by unauthorized persons. Regarding the effectiveness of Dariusz Barski's return from retirement, however, rulings have been issued by courts in correctly appointed panels – the District Court in Szczecin and the Court of Appeal in Szczecin. These courts have ruled that Dariusz Barski's return from retirement was ineffective.
