But here, I can quietly and without exaggeration, congratulate President Sutryk, not only for his personal effort but for the fact that according to this very reliable forecast, which you measure and predict every few hours, probably tonight at midnight, the water in Wrocław will be below the alarm level for the first time in many days. It is too early to declare the end of the flood threat in Wrocław, the pressure on the levees is present here, but certainly, this is some turning point, at least in Lower Silesia - stated Prime Minister Donald Tusk during the crisis staff meeting.
