- In the second part of the government meeting, we will be very diligently analyzing and adopting a draft law amending the act on special solutions related to overcoming flood consequences. This is 100 pages of amendments that will improve the existing, currently binding law, and will make assistance easier and more flexible - said Prime Minister Donald Tusk during the public part of the Council of Ministers meeting. - Regarding the assistance during the flood itself and the program, the plan we are preparing, Odbudowy Plus (Reconstruction Plus), we currently estimate that, including European funds, we will be able to mobilize up to 23 billion zlotys. This does not mean that we will have to spend it all - stated the head of government. - It was very important for us to ensure funding for assistance, and then for reconstruction, for the coming months and years, because some projects will undoubtedly be multi-year - he added.
