Tusk Appeals to Residents of Flood-Prone Areas:
This is Unacceptable.
- The most important thing is to take care of the levees, and this is an appeal to the residents not to walk on the levees. I won't pretend to not understand people who want to go onto the levee and see what's happening, but people being on the levees, let alone any excursions with heavier equipment, bicycles, or quad bikes, is something unacceptable - Prime Minister Donald Tusk said during a crisis staff meeting.
