The Prime Minister, when expressing that opinion, was certainly walking firmly on the ground and was a realist. However, earlier communications, which stated that the rainfall would not be concentrated only in that part of the country but would spread across a larger portion of the country, perhaps gave the impression that the threat would be less than forecast. It turned out to be higher than predicted - Dariusz Klimczak said on TVN24, when asked about Prime Minister Donald Tusk's Friday statement that the forecasts "are not excessively alarming".
