Of course, we do not underestimate any signal, we have our experiences, here in Wrocław from 1997. I remember perfectly the year 2010 and the floods, so it's known that one cannot underestimate the situation, but I want to say that today there is no reason to anticipate events on any scale that would cause a threat across the entire country.
