- Subsidizing loans - and let's be clear: we've said this 4 years ago, 2 years ago, a year ago, we're saying it now and we'll continue to say it - causes an increase in housing prices. And this is not a whim of Lewica. It causes developers to currently have the highest profit margins at 30%. It causes an increase in housing prices - this is simply market information, not information from the co-chairman of Lewica - Włodzimierz Czarzasty said in an interview with Bogdan Rymanowski on „Gość Radia ZET”.
- I don't know at all how the 0% loan will ultimately be formulated. Currently, the Economic Committee of the Council of Ministers is discussing this matter. […] It is working on a solution so that all interested parties, when it comes to housing, will be largely - I emphasize: largely - satisfied - he continued.
- Subsidizing loans is a bad idea. If this idea is finally formulated and a bill is presented - I will comment on it. And for now, I won't comment because I won't argue with anyone. […] I'll see the 0% loan bill - and it seems to me that it's not fully formulated yet - we will comment on this matter - he stressed.
