- We are dealing with electoral fraud, this is an election budget that has been tailored solely to support the December 13th coalition's candidate, a budget that will certainly be changed after the presidential elections. - Firstly, the deficit is record-high. The deficit, amounting to almost 300 billion zlotys, constitutes one-third of all expenditures in the draft budget for 2025. This, ladies and gentlemen, is unrealistic, meaning it will be necessary to borrow an amount from financial markets that constitutes one-third of state expenditures. The second, also very important point, is that this deficit represents almost 50% of state budget revenues – again, unrealistic, again, fraud. And the third issue is manipulating indicators. Although economic growth has been projected at a fairly high level, tax revenues to the state budget will be 50 billion zlotys lower than this year. So, higher economic growth but lower revenues? What is this all about? It's about deception, it's about electoral fraud – he continued.
