- We have adopted 8 financial reports, mostly with identified irregularities. One financial report was rejected [...], concerning the electoral committee of one of the senators - said Sylwester Marciniak at a press briefing following the PKW (National Electoral Commission) meeting. - However, regarding the resolution on the financial report of the PiS electoral committee - the PKW has decided to postpone the adoption of the resolution in this matter, as we are contacting two state bodies, namely the Government Legislation Centre (RCL) and NASK. This is to clarify doubts arising from correspondence received recently by the PKW - he conveyed. - After receiving responses from these two institutions, the financial representative of this committee will also have the opportunity to present their position [...]. The next PKW meeting on this matter will take place on August 29th - he informed. As he explained, in the case of the RCL, it concerns a lack of detailed calculations regarding, for example, remuneration and the scope of duties of those employed. - Regarding NASK, it was about the potential market value of such surveys - he continued.
