Absurdal Accusations of Torturing Father Olszewski Serve Solely to Distract from One of the Biggest Scandals of the Third Polish Republic
- We are talking about three individuals suspected of grave crimes involving tens of millions of zlotys. These individuals have been arrested, and the court twice had no doubt that they must remain in custody because they face severe penalties. Three months are passing, as the events took place at the end of March, and suddenly a big fuss is made about the fact that allegedly both the priest and the officials of the Ministry of Justice were mistreated - said Tomasz Siemoniak on TVN24's "Kropka nad i".
- We will clarify every fragment of this case. However, this attack at this moment and the absurd accusations of torture serve only and exclusively to somehow distract attention from the matter itself - from one of the biggest scandals in the Third Polish Republic, consisting of the fact that in the Ministry of Justice [...] there were people who are suspected of gigantic irregularities. The aforementioned priest also participated in this - he stated.
